Discuss Your Project

What Is a POP Doc?

A POP Doc is a documentary-style film that brings footage, interviews, and supporting information together to show what took place and what an organization contributed.

It connects the purpose behind an investment with the activities, people, and experiences it supported.  Depending on the project, a POP Doc can document sponsor participation, capture a program’s delivery, feature stakeholder perspectives, and present verified results.

The finished film gives your team a story to share across reporting, presentations, digital channels, and partnership conversations.

A Clear Story, Built Around Your Purpose.

The Objective

Why did your organization invest, participate, or bring people together?

The Contribution

What did your organization fund, provide, organize, or support?

The Experience

What happened, who participated, and what perspectives can help explain it?

The Evidence

What activities, participation figures, feedback, or results can be documented and approved for inclusion?

The strength of the story depends on the information available. We distinguish documented activities, individual perspectives, and measured outcomes so the finished film communicates accurately.

Questions About POP Docs?

How is a POP Doc different from an event highlight video?

A highlight video typically emphasizes selected moments and atmosphere. A POP Doc is structured around an objective, contribution, or program and uses interviews and supporting information to explain the story.

Can you create POP Docs for several sponsors at one event?

Yes. We can coordinate coverage across multiple sponsors, with each sponsor’s activities, interviews, and deliverables defined in advance.

Can a sponsor hire Made By Breaux directly?

Yes. We can work directly with a sponsor or through the event organizer. We establish access, responsibilities, permissions, and deliverables before production.

Do you measure sponsorship ROI?

We document activities and incorporate verified performance information supplied or approved for the project. Financial ROI and other outcome measurements require an agreed measurement approach and access to the relevant data.

Can you work from existing footage?

We can assess existing material to determine whether it supports the intended story. Feasibility depends on coverage, technical quality, interview content, and usage permissions.

Are interviews included?

Interviews can be included in the agreed scope. We identify subjects, scheduling requirements, and access before production.

Can we receive short clips and social versions?

Yes. Additional formats can be included in your proposal. Planning those versions early helps us capture appropriate material.

How long is a POP Doc?

The length depends on the story, audience, and intended use. We recommend a duration during planning and define it in the proposal.

Timing depends on coverage, documentary count, editing requirements, approvals, and access to supporting information. Your project schedule is established in the proposal.

How long does production take?

Who owns the footage, and how can we use the film?

Yes. We can plan coverage across multiple dates and locations to create a connected program or annual partnership documentary.

Can you document a program across several events?

Ownership, licensing, raw footage access, and permitted uses are defined in the project agreement.

What Will Your Next Investment Make Possible?

Let’s plan how to document it.  Tell us about your event, sponsorship, or initiative, and we will discuss the people, activities, and information needed to build your story.
